Classic win tops a wonderful weekend for Goffs

Another Classic for Co. Kildare Bloodstock Sales

Goffs November Foal Sale graduate, Jet Setting, flew to victory in the Group 1 Irish 1,000 Guineas at The Curragh yesterday. Having shown a high level of ability at Leopardstown in April when taking the Guineas trial in particularly impressive style, she produced a fantastic display at the Curragh to fight off the challenge laid down by Minding, the Newmarket 1,000 Guineas winner who finished second ahead of Goffs Orby graduate Now Or Never in third.

Now the winner of three races including a Group 3 and a Group 1, Jet Setting was sold as a foal in the Goffs November Foal sale for €7,000 by Brian Duffy to Woodstock. This filly by Fast Company received a great ride by Shane Foley to give trainer Adrian Keatley his first Classic winner in only his third year as a trainer. Many congratulations to all connections of Jet Setting.
