The Administration Unit:

There are a number of computers available to all members here. These are used for the office and administration work of the Clubhouse and the preparation and publication of the bi-monthly NEWSLETTER.

We have E-mail and a selection of modern computer programmes which can help people to keep up to date with their computer skills. The reception is associated with this unit, where telephone and fax calls are made and received. Also here we look after the budgeting and financial management elements of Platinum Clubhouse. The social fund is administered by the social committee, the petty cash is available for the purchase of every day items and records must be maintained.
