The Runamuck Challenge is a cross country event over a mucky course with many fun obstacles like bale "jumps", net scrambles, water slides, ditches, streams, tyres, tunnels and more.
It is designed to test your mental and physical strength and will leave you with a big grin on your face - All obstacles are achievable, but if you have any real difficulties then there are alternative routes available.

Push yourself as hard as you want - Choice of a 5.5km (1lap) or 11km (2 Laps)

Each lap has 50+ obstacles and the craic with other ls on the course is sure to leave you smiling for days afterwards
Teams
Minimum 3 finishers for a TEAM to count for team rankings.
No Maximum number - Our current record is 147 - Miltown Muckers in September 2016.
Race Parking opens at 9.15am.
Race sign on/ registration is a few mins walk from car park
Sign on takes place between 9.30am and 12 noon.
You should aim to sign on 1 hour before your wave start time
