Kildare County Council gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and the Roads Regulations, 1994 that it will close the following road periodically during the period commencing Thursday, 18 March 2021 to Monday, 30 August 2021 to facilitate the maintenance of the road network.

Alternative Routes: VIA; 1. L4002 – L8005 – L8001 – L7071 2. L7071 – L8001 – L8005 – L4002 Eastbound traffic on the L7071 turn right at L8001, Kildoon to next junction turn left and proceed to Kilboggan Crossroads. Turn left at crossroads onto the L8005 and proceed to end of road at Asgulusian Bridge and then turn left onto L4002, to Dunny’s Crossroad. Westbound traffic divert along L4002 to its junction with L8005 at Asgulusian Bridge and turn right. Proceed to Kilboggan Crossroads with L8001 and turn right. Proceed along L8001 to junction and turn right and proceed to junction with L7071, Kildoon. |

Diversionary routes will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána. Emergency access and restricted local access will be maintained.
