How to Register on Supplygov

SupplyGov.ie (formerly LAQuotes.ie) is a procurement platform facilitating Local Authorities and other state agencies in the procurement of goods, works and services from suppliers (incl. Contractors and Service Providers). The website has been developed by the Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) to streamline the procurement process of contracting authorities in respect of the operation of local authority led Category Councils for Plant Hire and Minor Building & Civil Works.

SupplyGov.ie operates two modules for procuring goods, works and services through Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). Requests for Tender are supplementary competitions run under Frameworks or Dynamic Purchasing Systems.

Suppliers can express an interest in Quotations, Frameworks or Dynamic Purchasing Systems by registering with SupplyGov.ie and completing the necessary checklists and documentation.

To Register: Go to the ‘Register as new supplier’ button on the homepage and follow the instructions. For further information on using the supplygov.ie system please refer to the ‘Suppliers Guide - Supplygov’ below.

If you need assistance in registering please contact the supplygov.ie helpdesk at eproc@kerrycoco.ie or 076 1064020.
