The Cathaoirleach and Members of the Athy Municipal District (Kildare County Council) will host a Welcome Reception for invited guests and speakers at the 15th Ernest Shackleton Autumn School at 4pm on Friday, 23rd October.

The Official Opening of this year's School will be performed by Hon. Alexandra Shackleton at 7.30pm in the Athy Heritage Centre Museum.
