Draft Control of Horses Byelaws for Athy and Newbridge have been published by the Council. A period of public consultation is taking place from Tuesday, 23 February 2016 to Wednesday, 30 March 2016.
Written submissions and observations may be made to the Senior Executive Officer, Kildare County Council, Environment Section, Aras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas County Kildare or by email to environ@kildarecoco.ie (clearly marked 'Proposed Athy Control of Horses Bye-Laws' and/or 'Proposed Newbridge Control of Horses Bye-Laws' or ) on or before 4.00 p.m. Wednesday, 13 April 2016
The draft Bye-Laws may be inspected during normal opening hours up to and including Wednesday, 30 March 2016 at:
- Kildare County Council, Athy Customer Service Point, Rathstewart, Athy
- Athy Library, Emily Square, Athy
- Kildare County Council, Environment Section,
- Newbridge Library, Athgarvan Road, Newbridge
