Draft Control of Horses Byelaws for Athy and Newbridge have been published by the Council. A period of public consultation took place from Tuesday, 23 February 2016 to Wednesday, 30 March 2016.
Written submissions and observations may be made on the draft proposals to the Senior Executive Officer, Kildare County Council, Environment Section at the address below or by email to environ@kildarecoco.ie (clearly marked 'Proposed Athy Control of Horses Bye-Laws' and/or 'Proposed Newbridge Control of Horses Bye-Laws' or ) on or before 4.00 p.m. Wednesday, 13 April 2016
