TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

NOTICE OF DECISION

ROADS ACT, 1993

Kildare county council gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 that it will close:

The L2032 from the Athgarvan Crossroads (R416) to its junction with the R413 near Scoil Bhríde, Athgarvan National School

From Monday 4 April until Friday 1 July 2016

The closure is required to facilitate the laying of a new foul sewer pipeline

Alternative Route

Traffic from Newbridge and Athgarvan will be diverted along the Athgarvan Road (R416) onto the Kilcullen Road (R413). Diversionary routes, will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the Council and An Garda Síochána.  Local and emergency access will be maintained at all times.  Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
