As part of the government’s Reframing the challenge, continuing our recovery and reconnecting we are now progressing through the easing of the majority of restrictions, following the guidance and advice to enable us to work together to protect ourselves and to live our lives to the fullest extent possible. Our vaccination programme is rolling out at pace, with a large majority of the eligible population now vaccinated. At the same time we are providing supports and guidance for businesses and individuals and charting an economic plan through recovery and beyond.

The appropriate safety measures for staff working in Kildare County Council offices and customers/visitors continue to be in operation.

In this regard, we ask that public health advise is followed at all times when visiting:

  • Good Hand hygiene
  • Practice appropriate coughing and sneezing etiquette
  • Respect and Practice Social Distancing – follow the signs and markers throughout the building
  • Limiting physical interactions is crucial to preventing the spread of the virus
