Kildare Observer 26 April 1919

Death of Mrs. Wilson

The death has taken place at her residence, Coolcarrigan, Kilcock, of Mrs. E. M. Wilson, at an advanced age. The deceased lady was the widow of the late Mr. R. M. Wilson, J.P., and mother-in-law of Sir Almooth Wright, the eminent scientist. She was an extremely kind and charitable lady, and her loss will be keenly felt by the poor, not only amongst her tenantry, but throughout the district around Coolcarrigan. In Dublin also, where she usually resided in winter, she showed her kindness to the poor and afflicted in a practical way. Interment took place on Wednesday in the family burial ground on the Coolcarrigan estate.
