This family-friendly event will focus on pollinators; specifically bumblebees!

The event will include bumblebee identification walks out and about in the garden. Whilst inside in the Village Centre, younger children can participate in bee-themed art workshops; older children can help with making and decorating bug-hotels. Teenagers and adults will be encouraged to get busy outside planting flowers and building sandy mounds for feeding and sheltering a range of bee species year round.

Additional Details: Classrooms and grounds are accessible for wheelchairs and buggies, but the flowerbed is only accessible via a lawn, which may result in restricted access if the ground is waterlogged.
