On the 1st of January 2016 at 12 noon the official 'Maynooth 15' commemorative flag will be raised in the town square accompanied by a fanfare.

The flag will stay in the square throughout the centenary year in honour of the 15 men that marched into Dublin on Easter Monday1916.

All are welcome to attend the short flag raising ceremony on new years day.
