Got an old mattress and want to have it recycled?
Kildare County Council are holding a FREE mattress recycling collection in Athy!
When: Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 November from 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m. on both days.
Where: Athy Civic Amenity Centre, Gallows Hill Recycling Centre (Opposite Athy Gaelic Football Grounds), Dublin Road, Athy
What:
- A strict limit of two mattresses per vehicle
- No business waste, only mattresses from households
- No bed bases-and no other waste of any type-this event is for mattresses only
- Last vehicle entry at 12 noon sharp
Please note: to ensure queues are kept to a minimum, the above conditions will be strictly enforced on the day.
