At the festival will be top trainer Henry de Bromhead.
He has had an amazing year. Last month at Cheltenham he won the three biggest prizes at Cheltenham
– the Champion Hurdle, the Champion Chase and the Gold Cup.
Two weeks ago he had first and second in the Aintree Grand National.
Also at the Punchestown Festival of horse racing will be Rachael Blackmore, the first woman ever to ride the winner of the Grand National.
Due to Government restrictions there will be no huge crowds to celebrate the Grand National win and see Rachael in action.
Just trainers, jockeys, grooms and the media. All the action will however be live on RTE each day.
And the Champion Jockey battle between Paul Townend, who will return from injury, and Rachael Blackmore will be decided at the Punchestown Festival.
Paul leads Rachael by 4, going into the Punchestown Festival, after Rachael had 3 winners in Kilbegan on Friday 23 April.
