March Mona Newsletter

We are delighted to announce the decision of Gail Maher to go forward as a candidate in the selection of representatives for the Kildare County Development Board.

Gail is our representative on environment/conservation/culture/sporting organisations section.

I would urge all voluntary organisations in the Tir Na Mona area and beyond who have a vote for this selection process to vote for Gail, as she has worked very hard in objecting to the proposed incinerator at Kilcock, she is active on the Ballinafagh Lake project, she helps compile the MONA Newsletter with her family and friends and she is a very active member in the Timahoe Community Groups.

All registered groups should cast their votes on Tuesday 7th March in the Keadeen Hotel at 8 p.m. and again, please vote for Gail Maher.

Thank you,

Liam Holton,
Chairman, Tir Na Mona
